Multi-Axis Work for Flight and Defense Hardware
Space, aviation and defense designs often combine sculpted surfaces, compound angles and turned diameters on one part. Our 7 CNC machines run 5-axis and mill/turn cycles that finish more of the geometry per clamping, so datums stay related and handling drops. The cell includes Makino, Okuma, Mazak and Haas equipment.

Heat-Resistant Alloys for Space and Defense Parts
Nickel superalloys such as Inconel stay strong when hot and harden as the cutter passes, which rewards rigid fixturing and careful feeds. Florida engineers can walk through grade, cutter strategy and inspection callouts with us in person before we release a job, so surprises are caught on paper.
We also cut aluminum, stainless and tool steels when the drawing specifies them. Qualified outside partners handle plating and coating when a part needs it.

Defense-Ready Quality, Close to Home
Florida primes and their suppliers expect revision control, traceable lots and inspection matched to each drawing. We work under AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015, are ITAR Registered and CMMC Level 2 Compliant, and document first articles per AS9102 before a lot ships. Key features are verified on our Mitutoyo CMM.

Plastic Parts on the Same Florida Program
Plenty of Florida assemblies pair a machined frame with molded covers, bezels or connector shells. Our aerospace injection molding team runs design-for-molding reviews, mold builds and volume production, with PPO and PTFE where a drawing names them, under this same roof. Metal and polymer items can share one quote.

Within 2 business days of a complete package: STEP, Parasolid, IGES or SolidWorks files, a drawing with alloy, tolerances and finish, plus quantities, yearly volume and dates. Prototypes are possible when a program needs it.
