Surface finish and burr control are planned into setups from the start, not left for the end. We don’t publish biocompatibility claims on this page; material direction comes from your print and your approved specifications. Plating and coating are managed with qualified vendors when required.
ISO 13485:2016 quality system for medical machining
Plastimold’s quality management system is ISO 13485:2016 certified for medical device manufacturing support, with ISO 9001:2015 also in place. Requirements, revisions, and approvals are controlled and traceable. Critical characteristics are checked with Mitutoyo CMM inspection, and first-article and in-process inspection results are documented before and during production.
