Plastimold Products is a second-generation USA injection molding company rooted in family ownership and Florida production. Joe Parisi Sr.—a pioneer who built optical businesses that joined the lab and the retail floor—saw how plastics would reshape everyday products. In 1999 he bought a small injection molding company and began building Plastimold Products.

The shop started in Ft. Lauderdale, moved to Boca Raton in 2003, and in 2007 settled into its Delray Beach building: a climate-controlled, automated plant built to run when production schedules demand it, including 24/7 when needed. Today Joe and Anthony Parisi lead the company—keeping engineering, tooling, molding, CNC, inspection, and fulfillment under one roof so OEM buyers know exactly who owns the plant and where the parts are made.

We work in mid-to-high volume production with an in-house mindset: DFM and CAD review before steel, practical mold options, and automated processes aimed at repeatable quality.

Our processes are proven and they work. We have spent 27+ years developing our processes, implementing them, and then learning what works and what doesn’t. We are always looking for continuous improvement opportunities and strive to be nothing less than the best.

As a lean manufacturer, we keep looking for ways to cut waste and tighten process control. We’ve deployed machine sensors to monitor our injection molding presses, and we continue investing in technology and methods that support part quality, on-time delivery, and clearer communication with customers.
