Plant Overview
Plastimold's facility is at 250 N Congress Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445. The plant is climate-controlled and set up for automated plastic injection molding with robotic sprue pickers, conveyors, and wireless process monitoring for deviations. Production can run 24/7 when program demand requires it.
Plastimold operates out of 33,000 sq ft of manufacturing and warehouse space. We currently have 32 injection molding machines ranging from 45–390 tons, 7 CNC machines, and state-of-the-art CMM and optical inspection equipment for quality control.

Plastimold’s facility is engineered for high-precision injection molding, specifically optimized for programs fitting our 45–390 ton press range. Our fleet of all-electric presses delivers superior shot-to-shot consistency, tight tolerance control, and rapid cycle times. Integrated directly with our ERP, real-time monitoring continually tracks shop-floor capacity, machine utilization, and process metrics. Automated preventative maintenance protocols keep equipment running at peak performance to proactively prevent unscheduled downtime. Supported by advanced CMM and optical inspection tools, every run is thoroughly validated to maintain strict quality standards.
