First article inspection (FAI) runs against a customer-approved checklist and print: dimensional, functional, key characteristics, and cosmetics as specified. Rejects are quarantined; regrind follows controlled disposition. Customer sample approval gates release before or at production start.

In-process sampling continues at defined intervals. Records are stored in ERP for traceability. Mold issues observed at end-of-run are noted so tooling and process feedback stay connected to the next lot.
