We move from design validation to mold making with disciplined handoffs—whether you are launching a new tool or transferring an existing mold into our Delray Beach facility for production.

Inspection plans follow customer 2D drawings, or we help construct a quality control plan. Our team reviews flash, blush, sink, warp, color, and part integrity alongside dimensional requirements. Documented process control and ERP-backed scheduling keep handoffs auditable.

Design for manufacturability—gate strategy, wall thickness, draft, cosmetics, and tolerance stack-ups the tool and press can hold.

Build or qualify production tooling against timeline, volume, and maintenance expectations.

Approved samples enter manufacturing. In-process inspection continues; feedback returns to tooling and molding for continuous improvement.
