From Design Review to First Article
Florida engineers can sit with our team in person for each step, from the first design check through tooling and mold builds. New tools and transferred molds both land in the same Delray Beach plant, so nothing is handed to a distant supplier.
We inspect to your 2D drawings, or we draft a control plan with you. Each lot is checked for flash, blush, sink, warp, color and dimensions. Process records and ERP scheduling give you a clear audit trail at every stage.
We study gates, walls, draft, finish and tolerances so the part suits the mold and press before steel is cut. Local customers can join this review at our plant.
New tools are built, or existing molds are checked and qualified, to fit your launch date, annual volume and upkeep plan.
Early sample parts from the new mold let you review size and look before you sign off.
Parts from the line are measured and tested against your engineering drawings for size, material and function. You receive a written FAI report to share with your team.
Once samples are approved, parts run in volume. We keep checking during each run and send what we learn back to the tool and process.
