Our mold making machinery is specifically designed for making molds quickly and with the highest accuracy. Keeping your mold running is our priority. If your mold were to fail during production, we can often have it back up and running within a few hours. This minimizes production loss and allows us to deliver on time.

Plastimold maintains stock of commonly used materials. Our purchasing department, working closely with our warehouse personel, assures that material is ready and available when we need it so the job starts exactly when it is supposed to. Any delays are immediately communicated with the customer.

The Plastimold injection molding Florida facility features the latest in computer controlled, all electric plastic injection molding machines.  Each machine is fully automated with robotic sprue pickers and conveyor systems. This enables us to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our climate controlled manufacturing environment allows for total control of processing parameters which improve production run time and quality.  The latest in quality inspection, 3D scan to inspection, technology puts Plastimold years above the rest.

Over the past couple of decades, we have completed hundreds of projects. Many of which require product certification. Plastimold will observe and assist with any and all product requirements. We work with testing facilities around the globe and have experience with international organizations such as. UL, CE, FDA, FCC, Cellular carrier certification (Verizon, Sprint, PTCRB), ETL, etc. Plastimold is an ISO9001 certified company and registered with organizations such as ITAR, Made in the USA, Society of Plastic Engineers, and the South Florida Manufacturing Association.

Upon placement of the customers’ order in our ERP system, we are automatically advised of critical job requirements such as the availability of material and finished goods, lead times for material, and status of the mold. Any bottlenecks are communicated to the customer while we work on an alternative source or solution to the problem. 

Our scheduling software is fully integrated into our ERP system. Supervisors are notified immediately of possible bottlenecks and adjusts can be made to ensure tight deadlines are met.
